The Challenge
A federally mandated transit safety training program needed credible evidence of how well its training works, along with consistent quality review of its materials.
My Role
QA Specialist and Training Analyst, as a subcontractor.
What I Designed
An evaluation plan and logic model developed with the evaluation lead and agency representative, focus group data handling with full removal of personally identifiable information, and structured quality reviews.
